Discovery of pyrazole as C-terminus of selective BACE1 inhibitors

We combined the click chemistry and in situ screening technologies to fast explore the SAR of C terminus of our previous compound. Further modification identified the pyrazole group as a good substituent for BACE1 inhibitors in the enzymatic, cellular inhibition assays.
