Tau hyperphosphorylation and increased BACE1 and RAGE levels in the cortex of PPARβ/δ-null mice

Collectively, our findings indicate that PPARβ/δ deficiency results in cognitive impairment associated with enhanced inflammation, astrogliosis and tau hyperphosphorylation in the cortex.
