Expanding the utility of heptamer-type sgRNA for TRUE gene silencing

► TRUE gene silencing is a novel technology for suppressing gene expression. ► This is based on the property that tRNase ZL can cleave any target RNA under the aegis of artificial sgRNA. ► We expanded the utility of sgRNA through LNA modifications and usage of double heptamers.
