► RLP have superior binding and internalization reactivity to LDL receptor, which is similar to the VLDL receptor. ► Hepatic LDL receptor decreased plasma RLP and LDL-C level. ► Increased muscular VLDL receptor by strong statins may reduce plasma RLP.
