Relative expression levels of the StDWF4 gene in NT and transgenic (A, StDWF4-OE; B, StDWF4-RNAi) potato plants under salinity stress. Significant differences among means over the period of salt-stress treatments were determined according to Duncan's test at P < 0.05. Bars = standard errors (n = 9, i.e., 3 biological repeats × 3 technical repeats).260
