Guidelines produced from the state of data in the scientific literature have developed from the 70s with the rise of evidence-based medicine. The High Authority for Health (HAS) has a major role in the guidelines production and dissemination with scientific societies. However, are now developing the guidelines of one scientific society or with others, in their own name. The editors use the methodologies of the HAS without labeling request. Many studies reveal gaps between actual practices and guidelines. In fact, doctors mobilize these guidelines in various ways.
