Algie vasculaire de la face : signes cliniques pour la pratique

Cluster headache is the most frequent trigeminal-autonomic cephalgia belonging to the primary headache syndromes. The diagnostic criteria, published via the International Classification of Headache more than 25 years ago, have been revised in 2013. However, cluster headache is still diagnosed with delay. Recommendations have been published in French for the first time in 2014, in order to improve the knowledge and the specific issues about this condition. The aim of this article is to review the clinical features that should lead to the diagnosis of cluster headache, the differential diagnosis to exclude, and the appropriate investigations recommended in this condition.
