Le syndrome myofascial du muscle dentelé antérieur, une cause de douleur thoracique chronique chez les patientes traitées pour cancer du sein : description à propos d'un cas

From the description of the clinical case of a patient consulting for chest pain sequelae after treatment of her breast cancer, we retain the diagnosis of myofascial pain of the serratus anterior. A literature review of pain sequelae of breast cancer is proposed and follows a proposal of what to do in order to retain the clinical diagnosis, often if we judge the results of a recent prospective study (44,8% of patients develop a remote myofascial pain treatment).
