چکیده انگلیسی
The Pain Resource Nurse (PRN) function has evolved a lot these last ten years, largely as a result of numerous reforms that have affected the health system, both legislative and organizational or economic; ultimately leading to a modification of the offered care and “contours” of certain health professions. New opportunities are opening up through the reform of nurse training, research programs in nursing, the HPTS law, and the emergence of work called “intermediate”, situated at the interface of medical and paramedical, and assuming a Master level qualification (cf. advanced practice nursing). We will try to show below that the PRN has now reached this high level of technicality, performance and expertise that allows him/her to take the initiative in his/her own area of responsibilities, to adapt to the evolutions of the system and exercise his/her function in collaboration with other professionals. Thus, under these conditions, nothing prevents the assimilation of the function of a PRN as an advanced practice, and hence a new intermediary job.
