The palliative step seems to be improved in the group of beds dedicated to palliative care (LISP) thanks to a better multidisciplinarity. The difference between both groups car be explained because of the more advanced evolution steps in the LISP group, with a clear identification of the patient for the nurse but as well because of the financial valuation, incentive for the fixing of a price scale for this activity. The objective of the creation of a group with beds dedicated to palliative care is to recognize this additional load of work justifying the supplementary dedicated means.
