Palliative care culture is experienced on a daily basis in the hospitals that follows children with neurological disease. After the 11 cases of children who were died in Saint-Denis meeting children's Hospital between 2008 and 2009, we try to analyse route care, the involvement of palliative care and the problems encountered.
