Éthique du bénévolat en soins palliatifs : regard de la société sur un partenariat particulier

RésuméDans toute réflexion sur l’évolution de la médecine, et donc sur le regard que pose la société sur le bénévolat d’accompagnement, se pose une question philosophique à triple entrée: la question épistémologique des paradigmes (comment s’élaborent les savoirs?); un nouveau rapport au temps, battu en brèche par l’image (le temps suspendu); enfin la question centrale de la place de l’Autre dans notre société dite civilisée, en particulier de cet Autre qui souffre, qui demande de l’aide et que nous sommes en devoir de soigner.
