چکیده انگلیسی
Researches, interviews with four coordinators. The role of the network coordinator has been defined, regulated and financed since the adoption of Juppé orders up until the national financing plan for networks development. As a result of contradictory regulations, the role of the coordinator has been split into very different tasks. There is a risk that such structure, which has been created on the fringe of the health system, might be foreclosed by the institutions. Indeed, the formalization of the position of the coordinator is a heterogeneous reality. Its advantages are numerous: cost rationalization, improvement of patient care, social and financial acknowledgement, credibility with patients and institution. However, it also has some drawbacks: training budget, institutional control, setting up of hospital logic, inertia caused by the split of the various roles, loss of clinical relationship. Caught between an institutional and liberal logic, the professionalization of the coordinator shall ensure the perpetuation of the network without denaturation or subservience.
