Hiperandrogenismo secundario a tumor suprarrenal: causa rara a tener en cuenta

The excess of androgen in women is known as hyperandrogenism. A rare cause of hyperandrogenism consists of the presence of tumors, mostly malignant tumors, in the adrenal cortex that produces androgens. We present two adrenal tumoral cases that produce androgen with adenoma final diagnosis in spite of the initial presence of several data oriented towards a malignant nature.
