Coculture with dendritic cells promotes proliferation but not cytotoxic activity of γ/δ T cells

In conclusion, monocyte derived DC are capable of stimulating proliferation and secretion of IFN-γ of γ/δ T cells but do not exert an effect on cytotoxic activity of γ/δ T cells against myeloma cells.
