Hypothèses et modèles théoriques du TDA/H : vers une approche holistique du trouble

This paper presents three cognitive and behavioral models of ADHD. They are founded on three different hypotheses: a deficit in behavioral inhibition, an altered reinforcement sensitivity and a delay aversion. Using the core hypothesis of each of these models, the dynamic developmental theory is a holistic approach of the disorder, by (1) linking neurobehavioral, psychological and behavioral aspects and (2) understanding how the parental and societal styles may increase or not the symptomatology of the disorder.
