Our article presents the main concepts of Plan Analysis. Patient's Plans consist of his or her goals and the means to achieve these goals. They are inferred according to a concrete methodology and are represented in a hierarchical structure. A good understanding of the patient's Plans makes it possible for the therapist to create a complementary relationship, thus supporting change.
