This paper presents a case study of an autistic child enrolled in the IDHSFC (Intervention, Development, Home, School, Firm, Coaching) program. This study describes the atypical course of psychological development observed in an autistic child over a five year period. Five psychological assessments focused on intellectual efficiency (EDEI-R test), sequential and simultaneous processes (K-ABC) and theory of mind (Sally and Ann test; object hidden in one hand). Comparative longitudinal analysis of the autistic child's test results on the successive psychological assessments demonstrated constant progress in all domains and significant variability in the developmental rhythm for various intellectual and cognitive functions. Longitudinal developmental and functional clinical data from the autistic child enabled continuous and appropriate adaptations of the content of the IDHSFC program.
