L'évolution des schémas inadaptés durant et après une cure TCC chez des patients alcooliques qui rechutent ou ne rechutent pas : contribution à la théorie des schémas

In alcoholic inpatients we first verified the efficacy of a classic CBT, non-focused on maladaptive schemas, on diminishing the level of activation of these schemas. In a second time we studied the evolution of these schemas with a one-year follow up. Subjects who relapsed revealed a reactivation of the maladaptive schemas whereas a continued diminution was found when subjects did not relapse. Taken together, these results are significant for the 13 studied schemas. Many are also significant but specific implications remain to be demonstrated. These results that involve relationships between activation vs deactivation processes and relapse vs no-relapse issues are discussed in the framework of the schema theory and relapse prevention.
