Schémas précoces inadaptés chez des consommateurs de cannabis

The aim of this study was to identify the maladaptive schemas and coping strategies in three marijuana addicted students. The subjects completed five questionnaires: the Cannabis Abuse Screening Test (CAST) and four Young schema questionnaires: estimated maladaptive schemas, parental attitudes, avoidance attitudes and compensation attitudes. Results revealed the dominant use of the “Lack of affection” cognitive schema. Abuse of marijuana corresponded to avoidance when early maladaptive schemas were activated.
