L’articulation partenariale dans le champ de la protection de l’enfance

RésuméS’inscrivant dans une perspective globale, les auteurs retracent dans un premier temps l’histoire du concept de « partenariat » tel qu’il s’est mis en place dans le champ de la protection de l’enfance, au cours du xxe siècle : les partenariats précurseurs, l’origine du concept, ses aléas, son évolution récente. Il s’agit ce faisant, de problématiser la question du partenariat interprofessionnel, interinstitutionnel en protection de l’enfance : d’une part, en repérant, afin de mieux les prévenir, les obstacles qui peuvent surgir et empêcher ce fonctionnement partenarial et, d’autre part, en mettant également en lumière, les repères positifs et les conditions favorables qui vont faciliter, dans ce vaste champ, la construction de partenariats professionnels efficients, au service du “Sujet”.

With a global vision, the authors first present the history of “partnership” concept, as it was built up in childhood protection during twentieth century: its origins, the precursory partnerships, its aleas, its recent evolution. The matter is to fix up the question of a multiprofessionnal, multi-institutional partnership: on one hand, catching the obstacles, which can appear (in order to overcome them) and ampering the normal work of the partnership; on the other hand, enlightening positive marks and conditions, which could be favouring the building of efficient professional partnerships, at the service of “the Subject”.
