Construction des liens et continuité des soins à l’adolescence

RésuméSi l’adolescence normale se caractérise par une transformation des liens, l’adolescence pathologique peut se comprendre comme un échec partiel ou plus global des capacités de transformation de ces liens bien ou moins bien établis au cours de l’enfance. Les soins qui en découlent nécessitent de prendre en compte cette manière de définir la pathologie à cet âge et bien évidemment de ne pas, de façon iatrogène, renforcer par une discontinuité des soins, l’échec de la transformation de ces liens.

If normal adolescence is characterized by a relationship transformation, pathological adolescence can be understood as a partial or full failure of relationship transformation abilities, well established or not during childhood. The treatment has to take into account the definition of this pathology in regard to this age and, obviously, to avoid reinforcing this failure by interrupting cares.
