Les troubles de l'image du corps chez les enfants atteints de psychose et d'autisme infantiles

RésuméParmi l'éventail hétérogène des symptômes que présentent les enfants atteints de troubles graves de la personnalité, ceux qui intéressent la sphère corporelle prennent bien souvent une place plus que prépondérante au cœur du tableau clinique : bien au-delà de l'appréhension et du traitement de possibles troubles psychomoteurs qui caractérisent ces enfants, les manifestations les plus diverses qui les touchent mettent surtout au premier plan leurs difficultés à venir s'approprier ce corps qui leur échappe, et qu'ils ne peuvent véritablement habiter. En articulant une certaine lecture des angoisses corporelles primitives éprouvées par ces patients avec un point de vue envisageant conjointement émergences des processus de pensée et naissance de l'image du corps, la perspective psychomotrice propose une étude de ces troubles sous un éclairage différent. L'auteur, en se basant sur des vignettes cliniques qui intéressent aussi bien des cas d'autisme que de psychose, montrera comment ces pistes dessinent les contours de la modalité de prise en charge singulière que constitue la thérapie psychomotrice, soin spécifique qui sollicite chez le thérapeute un engagement complexe, tant sur le plan corporel que psychique.

Among the heterogeneous range of the symptoms which present the children affected by grave confusions of the personality, those which interest the body take very often a place more than dominating in the heart of the clinical picture: beyond the apprehension of the presence and the treatment of psychomotors disorders which characterize these children, the most diverse signs which get them put in the foreground their difficulties coming to appropriate this body which escapes them and in which they cannot really live. By articulating a certain reading of the primitive physical fears felt by those patients with a point of view envisaging collectively emergences of the processes of thought and birth of the image of the body, the psychomotor perspective purposes a study of those confusions under a different lighting. The author, by basing itself on clinical logos which interest as well cases of autism as psychosis, will show how this track draw the outline of the modality of psychomotor therapy, a specific care which seeks the therapist psychically and physically.
