Allégations d'abus sexuels sur mineurs d'âge : l'évaluation, sa méthodologie et ses finalités

RésuméÉvaluer une situation où les questions de maltraitance à l'égard d'un enfant se posent, interroge certainement la relation entre l'intervenant et celui ou celle qui est en position de patient. Nous savons par ailleurs que la confidentialité est le ciment d'une relation d'aide. L'article présente une méthode dite non suggestive, intéressante et utile par la rigueur de l'analyse qu'elle se propose de réaliser de l'allégation. L'entrevue avec l'enfant et l'analyse de sa déclaration représentent le noyau central du bilan à réaliser lors d'une suspicion d'abus sexuel. Si elle représente le point de départ d'une investigation sur le plan judiciaire, elle est importante également à réaliser dans la perspective d'aide et de soins. Si dans le premier champ et la première logique, l'évaluateur se place dans une recherche de preuves, la seconde finalité est de rencontrer l'enfant dans la matérialité de sa réalité vécue. Soyons donc attentifs à considérer cet outil précieux comme moyen d'aide et non tel une finalité en soi.

To evaluate a situation where the questions of ill treatment with regard to a child arise, questions the relation between the speaker and that or that who are in position of patient. We know in addition that the confidentiality is cement of a relation of assistance. The article presents a not suggestive, interesting and useful method known as by the rigour of the analysis, which it proposes to carry out the allegation. The interview with the child and the analysis of his declaration represent the core of the assessment to be carried out at the time of a suspicion of sexual abuse. If it represents the starting point of an investigation on the legal level, it is important also to realize from the point of view of assistance and care. If in the first field and the first logical one, the appraiser places himself in a search for evidence, the second finality is to meet the child in the materiality of his lived reality. Let us be thus attentive to regard this invaluable tool as means of assistance and not a such finality in oneself.
