چکیده انگلیسی
Apparent molar volumes VÏ and apparent molar heat capacities Cp,Ï were determined for aqueous solutions of D(+)-cellobiose, D(+)-maltose, and sucrose at temperatures from (278.15 to 393.15) K and at the pressure 0.35 MPa. The molalities of solutions investigated ranged from (0.03 to 0.31) mol · kgâ1 for cellobiose, (0.03 to 0.55) mol · kgâ1 for maltose, and (0.01 to 4.00) mol · kgâ1 for sucrose. A vibrating tube densimeter was used to obtain densities of solutions in order to determine volumetric properties. Heat capacities were obtained directly using a twin fixed-cell, power-compensation, differential-output, temperature scanning calorimeter. Values of VÏ, and Cp,Ï for the disaccharides are discussed relative to those of the component monosaccharides, where those data are available.
