چکیده انگلیسی
This paper examines the issues of syndicate learning in a web-based environment. The multi-professional Master's degree in Early Childhood Intervention is described and discussed in terms of its philosophy of multi-professional small group learning. A description of the processes involved in facilitating web-based learning in small groups is described and critically analyzed. The characteristics of the groups in terms of their composition are described as well as attributes that facilitate team functioning. The results of a survey of students' perceptions of web-mediated learning are also discussed and critical issues in web-based learning are raised.
