Temps présent et travail d'attention du bébé lors des retrouvailles après une séparation
چکیده انگلیسی
The psychic temporality is clinically a very present dimension for the baby. So the question of the presence / absence became a reliable mark but recently processes of symbolisation are directly described during the presence of the object. The author supports the hypothesis that the baby can develop a psychic work of attention in the presence of the object. In that case, comings and goings of his attention would mean the preservation and the development of the limit between oneself and the object, as the limit between consciousness and unconscious. The set of Winnicott's spatula is analysed in this sense. The time of hesitance of the child marks this psychic work between the perception of the external world and the feeling of the internal world. It can be reduced if it's invaded by a confused conflict between the mother and his infant. The present moment described by D.N. Stern also indicates the value of a time of meeting with the object, it's emotionally charged and has for frame-work a real intrigue. Clinical situations illustrate this hypothesis. Babies have so normally a linking work to be made during reunion with their mother after a separation time. Their attention goes back and forth between the real presence of their mother and the internal feeling which is still marked by the experiment which they were living during the mother absence. The contact comes true only bit by bit, following the sensory ways taken by the attention. The glance seems to be the elective sensory way which marks the difficulties of this work.
