Enamel fluoride uptake of a novel water-based fluoride varnish

It is concluded that the novel fluoride varnish Mirafluorid deposits less KOH-soluble and structurally bound fluoride on both demineralised and sound enamel compared to Duraphat under in situ-conditions.
