Late-onset anaphylaxis to fermented soybeans: the first confirmation of food-induced, late-onset anaphylaxis by provocation test

To our knowledge, this is the first report of late-onset anaphylaxis provoked by the challenge test half a day after ingestion of fermented soybeans.
