Mobile palliative care teams working in vast territories with limited missions are weakened by their necessary transversality, requiring the acquisition of high-performance conceptual tools. These tools should allow the teams to continue and develop their work while protecting them against deviations and suffering so they can approach with greater serenity the deep feeling of humanity uniting us all.
