چکیده انگلیسی
► Herb of Cretan barberry was found to be a new strong antioxidant agent. ► SFE technique enables primary purification of the extracts from Cretan barberry. ► SFE coupled with ASE leads to obtaining of fractions rich in phenolic acids and flavonoids. ► Ethanol:water mixtures were found to be the most effective in phenolic compounds' extraction. ► Caffeic and benzoic acids' derivatives and flavonoids were found in the extracts by means of HR-MS.
