Structure and dielectric properties of sputtered bismuth magnesium niobate thin films

► How to achieve large tunability of Bi1.5MgNb1.5O7 (BMN) thin films was investigated. ► BMN thin films with good dielectric properties were demonstrated. ► No noticeable dielectric dispersion over wide temperature range was detected.
