On the ultraviolet light induced oxidation of amorphous As2S3 film

► Extensive oxidation of As2S3 film induced by high energy ultraviolet light. ► Arsenolite microcrystals of a height up to 2 μm were grown from the vapor phase. ► Overheating of the film due to UV photons absorption was estimated up to 740 °C.
