Power series fitting of current-voltage characteristics of Al doped ZnO thin film-Sb doped (Ba0.8Sr0.2)TiO3 heterojunction diode

► The n-n isotype heterojunction diodes of ceramic oxide semiconductors were prepared. ► The current density-voltage (J-V) curves were analyzed using the Power Series (PS). ► The J-V characteristics were found to be well described with PS at low order. ► The thermionic emission and diode leakage currents were comparatively discussed.
