Effect of composition on structural and optical characteristics of nebulised spray pyrolysed (Bi1−xSbx)2S3 thin films

► (Bi1−xSbx)2S3 films are deposited by nebulised spray pyrolysis for the first time. ► The optical and structural characteristics of aforementioned (Bi1−xSbx)2S3 thin films are reported for the first time. ► There is an enhancement in the optical characteristics of (Bi1−xSbx)2S3 thin films.
