Surveillance des lésions solides multiples

Multiple bilateral circumscribed benign-appearing masses are common on whole-breast ultrasound. Their follow-up is not clearly defined : BI-RADS ACR2, ACR3 with annual follow-up, or ACR3 with follow-up at 6 months or 6 months-one year. Scrutinizing the features of each mass identified is important. During the follow-up of an adenofibromatosis, any change in morphology (microcalcifications, heterogeneity on ultrasound) leads to a BI-RADS ACR4 classification. Multiple recurrent papillomas can be managed with an excisional vacuum breast biopsy.
