Teledermatología en Chile, un aporte a la atención primaria de salud

This is the first Chilean study that assesses the levels of agreement in diagnosis, treatment and the need for referral between an on-site dermatologist and a teledermatologist. A high level of agreement was found between these parameters and those already published in the international literature. Consequently, we believe that teledermatology is a reliable tool that helps to improve access to dermatological care in isolated communities in Chile.
