The PAS consumption (a public health issue) requires an integrated treatment that takes into consideration the particularities of each subject and its co morbidity. The available treatment centers are insufficient to satisfy the demand. A vast number of them do not have the minimum elements to guarantee an adequate treatment and to identify the dual pathology involved.
