Hyperpolarized 129Xe Magnetic Resonance Imaging

Inhalation of hyperpolarized 129Xe gas and subsequent magnetic resonance imaging were well tolerated in healthy subjects and ambulatory subjects with obstructive and restrictive pulmonary disease.
