Upper mantle seismic velocity anomaly beneath southern Taiwan as revealed by teleseismic relative arrival times

►Teleseismic arrivals exhibit systematic varying patterns across S Taiwan. ►We attribute the observations to a high velocity anomaly in the mantle SE of Taiwan. ►Results favor arc-continent collisions in Taiwan as being thin-skin style.
