Petrology of Lasail plutonic complex, northern Oman ophiolite, Oman: An example of arc-like magmatism associated with ophiolite detachment

► Lasail complex consists of ultramafic cumulates to tonalite. ► The primary magma show arc-like signature with weak enrichment of light REE. ► The petrochemistry suggests major role of oceanic crust with seawater alteration. ► Petrogenesis of felsic rocks can be explained by fractional crystallization.
