Cutaneous Carcinoma of the Head and Neck with Clinical Features of Perineural Infiltration Treated with Radiotherapy

Radiotherapy with or without surgery is curative in about half head and neck cutaneous non-melanomatous carcinomas with clinical PNI. The frequent local failure suggests that improvements in local treatment are required.
