Human acute promyelocytic leukemia NB4 cells are sensitive to esculetin through induction of an apoptotic mechanism

In summary, the present work shows the cytotoxic action of esculetin as an efficient tool to study apoptosis mechanism induction on NB4 cell line used as a relevant model of APL disease.
