چکیده انگلیسی
► 5 nm ceria were administered to rats in vivo and end points determined 30 days later. ► Indices of oxidative stress were determined in three brain regions. ► 5 nm ceria NP exert pro-oxidant effects in brain without crossing the BBB. ► Important cautionary implications of proposed therapeutic use of ceria NP emerged.
