EpHLA software: A timesaving and accurate tool for improving identification of acceptable mismatches for clinical purposes

► The EpHLA software automates the HLAMatchmaker algorithm. ► In this work we have performed EpHLA software's experimental validation. ► We showed that, when compared to conventional method, EpHLA software executes HLAMatchmaker algorithm in a highest accuracy way and shorter time. ► The EpHLA software is ready to go for use in clinical transplantation.
