Antifouling biocides in water and sediments from California marinas

► We measured irgarol, its metabolite M1 and diuron in water and sediments from CA marinas. ► Concentrations of irgarol were greater than the proposed Environmental Risk Limits. ► This may present a potential risk in ecosystems contaminated by this chemical.
