Oil spill detection with fully polarimetric UAVSAR data

► We use UAVSAR images to monitor oil spill event in Gulf of Mexico. ► Fully polarimetric decomposition algorithms are used to extract oil spill information. ► Results show that UAVSAR provides valuable information in response to large-scale oil spill event.
