Removal fluxes of Mn and Fe from the nearshore waters along the west coast of Taiwan

► We report dissolved and particulate Mn and Fe data in the nearshore water off western coast of Taiwan. ► We investigate the contrast geochemical processes between the northern and southern regimes. ► Removal rates of Mn and Fe are quantified using short-lived radionuclide as particle tracer.
