Method validation in the determination of aflatoxins in noodle samples using the QuEChERS method (Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged and Safe) and high performance liquid chromatography coupled to a fluorescence detector (HPLC-FLD)

► Simple, rapid, inexpensive and effective sample preparation procedure using QuEChERS procedure has been developed. ► The developed method excludes the use of a cleanup step, to reduce time and cost. ► The developed HPLC-FLD method showed higher levels of accuracy and lower detection limits without prior derivatization.
