چکیده انگلیسی
► Aerosolization is the dispersion of liquid as a fine mist in air. ► Levels of three pathogens were significantly reduced by treatment with aerosolized malic acid. ► No significant influences on quality of spinach and lettuce were observed after aerosolization treatment. ► Aerosolized malic acid might be used as an alternative sanitizer during transportation and storage.
